Caramel Crunch Cookies

These cookies came about when we ended up with a lot of random pieces of our Matzo Crunch one Passover. They weren’t the right size to sell, but they were too delicious to throw away (we’d already eaten way too much while preparing it). We decided they might be good mixed in with our chocolate chip dough. The final verdict was not just good, but uh-mazing!! We hope you love them as much as we do!
