Shipping FAQ

Online Order
We ship Monday through Thursday. All of our cookies are baked to order and your cookies will be baked on the day they are shipped! When possible, we will ship the day of your order, if not, we will ship on the next business day. Please Note: USPS Priority should take between 2-3 days but may take up to a week for arrival!

Free Delivery
We offer free nationwide delivery on individual orders over $50.00. An individual order falls under one Order #.

If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area and would like to pick-up your order, please notify us, at hello@eatsaltysweet.com, and we will let you know when your order is ready for pick-up and refund your shipping fee.  We usually need 24 hours to freshly bake your order. Please contact us if you need it sooner and we will try to accommodate!

Same Day Cookie Delivery in San Francisco
If you live in San Francisco, Caviar will deliver us to your office, work station, apartment or where ever you are sitting Monday-Thursday from 11am to 4:30pm.

For larger orders or corporate orders
For larger/corporate orders that need delivery in or outside the San Francisco Bay Area, please get in touch with us to arrange a delivery day and time.

Receiving Cookies

If you don't plan to devour all of your cookies right away, it's best to store them in an air-tight container or zip loc bag and put them in the freezer. This will maintain freshness. The fridge will work too!
